TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Grant My Wish (a subsidiary of Tellallmyfriends Limited) is an agent for selected operators whose products and services are represented on the grantmywishapp.com and tellallmyfriends.com website. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the descriptions, pictures and footage contained within the website and on experience vouchers are a true reflection of the events or products; these do not form part of a contract. If on contacting the operator you feel that the activity taking place no longer accurately represents the activity purchased, Tellallmyfriends Limited will exchange the voucher or refund the purchase price. Once a specific date has been booked, you will automatically become bound by the terms and conditions that individual operator may have. Please note that experiences and other products are subject to change without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Prices

Prices displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily basis. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the purchase being made, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the additional difference in price. Promotional discount codes can only be redeemed against certain Tellallmyfriends experiences.

2. Availability

Grant My Wish (a subsidiary of Tellallmyfriends Limited) sells open-dated vouchers and the recipient is free to book their preferred date within the voucher's period of validity. Our experiences are subject to availability and in some cases, subject to weather conditions on the day. As some experiences are very popular and are run according to the retailer's schedule, we recommend that our customers book well in advance and DO NOT organise travel or accommodation until the booking has been confirmed by the operator.

3. Booking

Please do not arrive at a venue expecting to redeem your gift voucher without first obtaining a booking confirmation letter or number from the operator. Grant My Wish and Tellallmyfriends Limited will not be held liable for your costs incurred if you do not follow the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions and in your voucher pack.

4. Event Duration

Details of event duration given on the website and gift voucher are to be used as a guide only. Most events will be 'open' days, meaning that other members of the public will be taking part too. This could mean taking your turn with other members of the public. The information on our website and gift voucher is meant as an indication of what to expect at your session. As Grant My Wish and Tellallmyfriends Limited feature multi-location experiences, session lengths, agendas, vehicles used and numbers of participants may vary from location to location. Delays, curtailments and breakdowns are not within our control and therefore we cannot be held liable. If you are in any doubt about what your voucher entitles you to, please consult the most recent information you have been given or contact the retailer directly.

5. Safety

The undertaking of these activities may involve some personal risk. With some events you may be required to sign a disclaimer on the day, please read these documents carefully. Some personal insurance policies may not cover some of our experiences. Please check with the operator well in advance of your day. Note that operators usually require compliance to a certain type of conduct from participants. Please listen and take note, if they request you to do something it is usually for your own safety.

6. Validity

Each gift voucher is valid for a maximum of ten months unless otherwise stated. A voucher will be deemed to be invalid if it is out of date (the validity date is clearly stated on the gift voucher). If the customer or recipient is unable to utilise the voucher before the expiry date, then upon the customer contacting Tellallmyfriends Limited prior to the expiry date on the voucher and paying an administration fee of £22 (if the activity has increased in price they will also need to pay the difference in price and subject to product availability), the company shall issue a voucher extension cover letter granting an additional 10 months validity. Once a voucher has been extended it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Vouchers can only be extended if they are still inside their expiry date. Grant My Wish and Tellallmyfriends recommend that all experiences are booked as early as possible.

7. Restrictions

Many of the gift vouchers offered have some type of restriction applied to them; these restrictions are not decided by us but by the individual operator. These restrictions could include age, health, physical and size restrictions. Please read all the information provided for each experience, it is your responsibility to ensure that you purchase an experience/gift voucher appropriate for the intended recipient and it is the responsibility of the recipient to double check that the restrictions are not prohibitive. We are not responsible for any unsuitable vouchers being purchased and these restrictions being breached. If you are unsure of the suitability of a particular event please email us on hello@grantmywishapp.com or info@tellallmyfriends.com with your query and we will advise you accordingly.

8. Complaints

The easiest way to resolve any problems that you may experience is to speak to the operator on the day. They will ensure that any issues are rectified. If you are still not satisfied please send us the details of your complaint (including your voucher reference number and who you spoke to on the day) to: Customer Services, Tellallmyfriends Limited, Davenport House, 16 Pepper Street, London, E14 9RP. Please remember that the operator will have the opportunity to respond as well. Similarly, we would like to hear any positive feedback. 9. Cancellations

Once you book a specific date with an operator you are bound by their terms and conditions regarding cancellations. Once a date is confirmed with a supplier it is not possible to change this date unless the supplier deems this possible. Where a date cannot be altered by a supplier it will not be possible to issue a refund. In the unlikely event that one of our operators needs to cancel the experience after you have booked a date, they should contact you. We strongly recommend however, that you contact the operator on the day before you depart for your experience. In the event of cancellation Grant My Wish and Tellallmyfriends will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred.

10. Operators & liability

Although Tellallmyfriends Limited has sought to select highly-experienced operators of unforgettable experiences, Tellallmyfriends Limited shall not be responsible for the safety standards or the quality or delivery of the experience, or any loss or damage suffered by you whilst participating in the experience for which the Operator shall be solely responsible. By purchasing or redeeming a Tellallmyfriends experience voucher, you acknowledge that the experiences are dependent on certain factors beyond the control of Tellallmyfriends Limited and agree that neither Tellallmyfriends Ltd nor any associated operator shall be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any experience for reasons beyond its reasonable control including weather-related reasons, mechanical failure, location changes or otherwise. We do not undertake any technical examination of equipment, facilities or services in order to minimise personal risk. If it occurs that mechanical machinery breaks down you should expect reasonable substitutions without notice. The total liability of Tellallmyfriends Limited for any claim whatsoever in connection with the Tellallmyfriends experience voucher or any experience shall be limited to the price paid for the experience voucher. We have tried to ensure that the descriptions, images and footage used on all marketing material are accurate. However, images are intended to give a general idea of the experience described and do not form any contract between the purchaser and/or recipient and Tellallmyfriends Limited.

11. Spectators

Most operators will allow you to bring spectators to watch you participate in your selected experience. When booking your date please inform the staff you wish to bring other people. Some operators may request a nominal payment for spectators. Spectators are required to comply with the operator's terms, conditions and expectations of conduct. Any spectators deemed under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on site.

12. Exchanges

Once a Wishlist has been created no exchanges are possible. As all tangible goods are supplied by third-party suppliers it is not possible for us to exchange experience vouchers for any tangible products, such as wine cases, wine gift packs, hampers or flowers.

13. Refunds

Refunds will only be granted in the unlikely event of a retailer being unable or unwilling to provide the experience as advertised. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and the monies will be refunded directly to the credit card. All refunds are processed at month end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser's account. If you have a refund enquiry regarding an experience gift voucher or an activity voucher redeemed from an experience gift voucher please refer to section 15, Experience Gift Vouchers, for full information. To request a refund you MUST return your voucher via recorded delivery to Customer Services, Tellallmyfriends Limited, Davenport House, 16 Pepper Street, London, E14 9RP, along with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund request. Refunds do not include postage and packaging costs.

14. Gift Vouchers

All vouchers purchased will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail at a cost of £1.95 unless otherwise stated. This cost is included in the cost of your experience. You may request Special Delivery or Delivery by Courier for an additional charge. We cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of mail being delayed. The gift voucher is invalid if it has been tampered with or defaced.

15a. Experience Gift Vouchers

Protect your experience gift voucher and treat it as cash; the balance cannot be returned if lost or stolen. Tellallmyfriends Limited is not responsible for any unauthorised use of your experience gift voucher. Your experience gift voucher expires 10 months after purchase unless otherwise stated. Gifts or experiences must be chosen or booked within this time-frame. The validity of your experience gift voucher cannot be extended. Your experience gift voucher cannot be refunded. Your experience gift voucher is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Your experience gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is not re-loadable. When you apply your experience gift voucher code, your balance is automatically recalculated and you can pay the difference (if applicable) with a credit or debit card. If you choose an experience worth less than your voucher, the balance will be held on account and will remain valid for 10 months from the date of purchase of the voucher. On redeeming your experience gift voucher you will be sent all the booking information you require to book your chosen experience. You then have 30 days to book a date for your experience with the supplier. The experience must be booked within the 30 day period but does not have to be taken during this time. Your activity is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-extendable so we advise you to book your experience as soon as you receive your booking details. All experiences are dependent upon the supplier's availability and specific dates may not be possible.

15b. Gift Cards (Purchased or Complimentary)

Protect your gift card and treat it as cash; the balance cannot be returned if lost or stolen. Grant My Wish and Tellallmyfriends Limited are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your gift card. Your gift card expires 10 months after purchase unless otherwise stated. Gifts or experiences must be chosen or booked within this time-frame. The validity of your gift card cannot be extended. Your gift card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Your gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and is not re-loadable. When you apply your gift card, your balance is automatically recalculated and you can pay the difference (if applicable) with a credit or debit card. On redeeming your gift card you will be sent all the booking information you require to book your chosen experience. You then have 30 days to book a date for your experience with the supplier. Your activity is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-extendable so we advise you to book your experience as soon as you receive your booking details. All experiences are dependent upon the supplier's availability and specific dates may not be possible. £5 Gift Cards can only be used on purchases over £25. £10 Gift Cards can only be used on purchases over £50.

16. Discount Codes

Discount codes may not be applied to theme park and attraction tickets or to certain charity gifts. They may also not be used on the personal shopping packages as these include monetary vouchers. Tellallmyfriends reserve the right to stop discount codes being used against specific products. Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes apply to internet orders only and cannot be used against exchanges, extensions, money on account or any other facility provided by Tellallmyfriends Limited. Discount does not apply to delivery or gift wrapping charges. Free Delivery codes do not apply to orders containing personalised gifts or flowers.

17. Competition Prizes, Special Offers and Promotional Vouchers

These vouchers cannot be exchanged, extended or refunded.

18. Ideal Gift Voucher Experiences

Ideal gift vouchers can only be redeemed against pre-selected experiences within the relevant ideal gift voucher categories.

19. Personalised gifts, wines and flowers

Please note that personalised gifts and products are dispatched from our warehouse and will be delivered independently of your experience gift vouchers.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery.

You must be over 18 to purchase wines and spirits in the United Kingdom. By viewing these products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

20. Grant My Wish: Wish Granted

If a wish is granted on or before the expiry date i.e. the full price of the wish / product as well as the appropriate delivery charge has been paid, the order will be fulfilled or product will be dispatched by Tellallmyfriends or a third party in accordance with our delivery policies: http://www.tellallmyfriends.com/staticpages/delivery.

21. Grant My Wish: Wish Not Granted

Where a wish has expired but has not been granted i.e. the full price of the wish / product, the following will apply:
The user will be given an option to pay the remaining balance to complete the order OR
The contribution raised will be converted into gift vouchers by the retailer, and will be sent to the gift recipient by that retailer.
The saved contribution(s) cannot be withdrawn as cash
If Grant My Wish Genie contributed towards the initial expired wish (which was not granted) the user will forfeit the contribution made by the Grant My Wish Genie should the user opt to save the contribution as gift vouchers.

22. Grant My Wish: Promotions

There will be a variety of special deals and promotions via the Grant My Wish App for example "Wish of the Week" which users can purchase subject to the specific terms and conditions of each deal or promotion:

Users can purchase or add the special deal or promotional offer e.g. "Wish of the Week" to their wish list but the wish must be granted before that special deal expires.

Please see paragraph 21 for options that will apply if wish is not granted

23. Grant My Wish: Contributions

Suggested contributions are only a suggestion. Contributors are free to pay however much they want. There is the option to split evenly, pay the remainder, or pay any sum.

Contributions are non-refundable.

In the event that the wish is not granted, all contributions made will be converted into credit for the recipient. Contributions will not be returned.

Contributions can be made anonymously if the user wishes.

Contributors to a Wishlist will never have their information shared with third party companies.

Grant My Wish users will only have their information passed onto a third-party company if it is necessary for the dispatch, delivery, or fulfilment of their Wish.

24. Data Protection

Your privacy is our highest priority - We will never disclose your personal details to a third parties except in order to fulfil and/or despatch your orders.
